Closed Door Conversation is a podcast where we open dialogue, discuss and explore any and all situations that people experience behind closed doors. The host Mil Ivory will hold open discussions with a variety of special guest to bring to you real, raw, non judgmental open conversations for all walks of life. Some things people dare not mention “out loud” or publicly but here at Closed Door Conversations we are breaking those barriers. Due to the raw nature and realness of the show, some guest may choose to remain unrevealed.

An aphrodisiac is any substance or food that increases sexual desire, arousal, behavior, performance, or pleasure. There are a number of reasons why people may want to take an aphrodisiac to improve their sex lives. Some reasons may include increasing libido or to improve sexual performance, but sometimes people may want to simply try to enjoy sex more.
Mil sits down to have a conversation with Amy Reiley, food aphrodisiac expert to get her thoughts on food, how it relates to the libido and how it can create more pleasurable sex.
Her whole career has been dedicated to getting people excited about making good food choices by showing them how food can get them excited - in the bedroom!
Amy Reiley is best known as an authority on aphrodisiac foods. But she is also a speaker, cookbook author and consultant as well as a freelance wine writer and wine competition judge.
Whether you're just trying to figure out how to make Valentine's Day more memorable or you're ready to change the way you eat to improve your sex life, (or anything in between), Hopefully you can get some out of today’s conversation!!

Living an unapologetic life doesn't mean you don't apologize when you're wrong. It doesn't mean you're rude or treat others poorly. It simply means never having to feel bad for the way you want to live. If you're not hurting anyone in the process, you should feel free to live your life exactly the way you see fit.

The problem I have with resolutions is their lack of specificity. This is why my focus goes to setting personal and professional goals, since the mindset and approach to achieving a goal differs from that of a resolution.
Goals take longer to frame because they involve planning. But, this preparation provides you with a clear direction to follow to reach your desired outcome. By rephrasing your New Year’s resolutions to goals, you make them stronger and more likely to be achieved.

Back in the day, not even way back because some people still feel like being strong is a form of strength. I may even agree to a certain degree BUT once it starts to affect who you are physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually you need to do something different! When you know better you do better and we as a society now know that be strength looks different. We now know that you can not our from an empty cup. We now know that we are responsible for our own individual happiness and inner peace. The biggest thing now that we know these things are what are we going to do about it? Are we strong enough to take the hard steps of putting our self first? Mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is our responsibility! Remember the conversation about self love? If you have not listened to it go back and listen! Self love is not selfish! Neither is protecting your peace! It’s a necessity in todays world! Let’s talk about it!

In part 1 and part 2 of this episode our host Mil Ivory sits with fellow podcaster and host of Dear Poly podcast and have a conversation about his choice to live a polyamory lifestyle. In this conversation Phillip helps to unravel some of the confusing (or what seems to be confusing to the “outside” world) terms and misconceptions of his lifestyle. First thing that is established is that polyamory and polygamy is not the same thing. Which is a common misconception about the lifestyle. THEN we dive into some of the different terms why he choose this lifestyle or how this lifestyle choose him is probably more accurate and some of his experiences.
The goal of this conversation is to give you a better understanding of why someone will choose this lifestyle as well as to help clear up some of the misconceptions of what people assume this lifestyle is.
Make sure you tune into part one and part 2. Although we covered a lot I feel like there is sooooo much more to be discussed so we may revisit at a later time.
